Meet Sarah — Grower, Designer and Owner of South Hill Succulents.

Sarah Harron, owner and creative floral designer, grows succulents outdoors in Southwestern Ontario and has the creative power to create stunning creations you’re sure to love.

Sarah works with all kinds of botanicals, including homegrown and wholesale succulents, sola wood flowers, foraged greenery, artificial greenery and dried florals.

A gardener at her core.

“I grew up a gardener. Some of my best memories were spent outside wandering the flowerbeds. And as a kid, my dad would buy me flowers and I would dry them, making arrangements for our family home.

I still spend so much time in my gardens. It’s a simple and enjoyable way to connect and reflect. My gardens give me inspiration and are my most magical masterpiece.”

Mom boss.

“I found the world of succulents when I first became a mom and fell in love. But as mamas know, you give everything to your children and put everyone else first, often forgetting to save a little bit of giving to yourself. I quickly realized I needed to do something for me. Growing succulents gave me the creative outlet I was craving in the early years of motherhood.

I spent a lot of money and bought so many plants. And they all died. As many first-timers do, I didn’t grow them properly. But I was determined. So I learned as much as I could about succulents and how to properly care for them. I started to propagate and create arrangements for family and friends. South Hill Succulents was born and the rest is history.”

Driven entrepreneur.

“I am so passionate about what I do. I’m blessed to bring joy and happiness into people’s lives through floral design.

Not only has owning a small botanical floral design studio allowed me to live out my creative passion, but it has also allowed me to reflect and become the person I want to be, for myself and my family. South Hill Succulents has given me the opportunity to grow personally along with my plants and the business.”
